home, sweet home
I think everyone knows this by now, but WE'RE MOVING TO CHICAGO! In a month! Yes, yes, I know--it's very soon. Please don't remind me. And to those of you who keep telling me how cold it is there, that's only in the winter months. In the summer, it's so hot and humid that you dare not come within 20 feet of another mammal, lest you absorb any of its residual body heat.
This is the house that we just bought, pending inspection, surviving escrow and coming up with enough money to make my head spin. (But not enough to blow it off altogether, Bay Area-style.) Have a peek inside. We're thrilled! We can't wait to sit on the heated, glassed-in porch in the winter months, on the deck in the summer months and set Finn up with all his toys in the basement.
Shawn starts work May 1st, so we will be moving the last weekend in April. Finn and I are flying to Chicago and Santos and Shawn are driving cross-country. We'll post more developments, including the all-important goodbye party details, when we have 'em. More soon.

this is deceiving
To be fair, the boy's sleeping habits have improved immeasurably in the past two months. He still gets up once or twice a night to eat (you try maintaining such girth without eating every four hours!), but it's a picnic compared to the every-two-hour eating routine we were on up to the time he was 15 weeks. I was actually convinced at one point that Finn was a CIA spy using this tactic to break me down and thus extract some kind of information in his campaign to fight the war against terror. But last night the little guy woke up at 4:00am, pooped half his weight by 5:00am and has been up ever since. It's 9:00am, boy! Time to sleep! Naptime!
This sleepyhead photo was taken while the two of us watched an episode of the Daily Show last week.

betcha missed this guy
We've been soooo busy that it's just now that we're uploading this photo of Finn (and what a name for a fine Irish lad) in his St. Patrick's Day shirt from Gamrene.Posted by lisa at 03:41 PM | Comments (0)

This guy is going to be trouble on the road.

Bathtime for Anna
I picked this photo up from Cousin Anna's blog. Look how blissed out Anna is when she gets her first bath. Finn was a little more peturbed by the whole process, as I remember.Posted by lisa at 01:02 PM | Comments (0)

baby, you can drive my car
Look who's six months old! We didn't want to spoil him, but we got him a ca anyway. Just because all the other babies had one.Just kidding. This one is on loan from Feebs. Finn loves getting behind the wheel for some racecar action, especially since on of his favorite activities is watching cars go by on the street. The cars weird noises freak Santos out, but this just makes the car even more entertaining.

Welcome Anna Dean Baggerman!!!!
Yahoooo! Uncle Clintie and Aunt Sudi welcomed Anna yesterday afternoon. She's a perfectly gorgeous, healthy little girl. She weighs in at 6lbs, 14oz, and is 19 inches long. A dainty girl alternative to her cousin Finn. We can't wait until they play together!Get even more of your baby blog fix at:

Tuckered out.
And on the way home from the dog park, the two buddies sacked out in the back seat.Posted by shawn at 07:31 PM | Comments (0)
Check the new ride.
So, it's no Bugaboo (thank goodness) but it's pretty mackin'. Momma bought Finn this slick grey and green Maclaren stroller. Santos helped us test it out at the dog park today...Posted by shawn at 07:29 PM | Comments (0)
