Finn's got a girrrrlfriendddd!
Love is blooming this Spring at daycare. Although Emma was Finn's first love, truth be told, she wasn't that into him. Too big of an age difference. Finn has since met a little love named Ella, and they are so cute together that they need their own television show. If everyone watched it, I strongly believe there would be no more war in the world. They chase each other around, giggling. They hold hands. They kiss like the Love Is kids. When we're home, it's "Ellllla" this and "Elllla!" that. I hear him talking about Ella on his monitor after I've put him to bed. He talks about her even more than Santos.
Finn's caregivers told me that last week, Ella was having a rough day. She was crying a lot, missed her nap, and was just generally miserable. Finn apparently went up to her, touched her face really gently, and said "Ella." Then he gave her a hug and a kiss and tried to pull her over to play. Boy's got moves.
I've got to namedrop that Ella's dad is a famous chef, Homaro Cantu. He was just on Iron Chef (he won!) and will be on Ellen DeGeneres today. So the food at the wedding will probably be fabulous and will involve cooking with an inkjet printer and laser (read Wikipedia to see what I mean).
